On most vB forums, when you click on the forum leaders link at the bottom of the page, you go to a page where it shows you the moderators, admins, and banned users. I'm not sure if it's only suppossed to show permanantly banned users, but it doesn't show any, and I know for a fact that we have at least one. So I was wondering if the options were modified by the admins, and there's a banned user pannel elsehwere, or if you've just disabled it.
