Welcome to Hall Pass!

What is Hall Pass? It is a user driven media site.

How does it work? People upload and share their media, other users then get to rate, sort and comment on what's good and what's not.

Who made this site? A couple guys with a couple bucks. For example this website template cost us 68 bucks, w00t!

Why do you want to contribute? 2 reasons...

First, to share your media, cool movies and games with other people, get their feedback and interact with others.

Secondly and more importantly, free stuff. We tally all users contributions up and give away stuff. We need about a month to get all the details sorted out and test all our scripts but afterwards you can expect things like game consoles, ipods games and other cool stuff.

We want Hall Pass to be the site you go to when you are board at work, school, home whatever. It's about community. When we give away a prize it won't be, “ here ya go enjoy your ipod”, it will be more like, “you just won a ipod for you, AND 5 buddies”. You get the picture. The details need to be sorted out, but our intentions are good and you won't be disappointed.

You will find glitches and bugs in the first few days of this launch, but be assured we are working hard at fixing them. Once all the initial kinks are worked out we can then build a wish list and start building really cool stuff.

We tried to have as much user interaction as possible without cluttering the site with ads and other junk. We hope you like it. It's a work in progress and you're welcome to come along for the ride.

I have a few questions,


Will the Admin/User communication be better and more frequent?
What type prizes?
In the event someone steals media, what happends? I don't want this place to be the next EBaums world.
What type media is allowed?
Will mods be recruited? or just the usal FP style, "Hey I hear the members want you to be a mod. so your a mod!"?


I like this place already, If you need any help, or just some random witty banter over MSN or AIM, anybody can hit me up.
