Yeah, I made my sig using paint, and I have drawn a bunch pics without colour in AutoCad LT 2007.

yea photoshop is pretty much the best
my friend is gona...well u better not know ;)
and for u cop, i hae a good program for u...GIMP
its free and isnt big
only like 7.4 MB heres the here (www.gimp.org)
