When Ever I tries to play a video, it just says "calculates connection speed" and the video never start. This started to happen after the new player was updated. Please help me out?

Try updating your flash player to the latest version. If that doesn't work, let me know.

Updated it, but still not working. I think My flash version was already up to date anyways. Btw, the games are working fine, just the videos are not.

Glad to hear that the player is working for you now! We slightly modified the way we detect bandwidth speed in the player which was what was probably causing the problem you where experiencing.

Let me know if you run in to any more problems...

Ok, This is wired, but it's doing what it was doing before again. It would say "checking for connection speed/type or something", and it would do that for like ever and the video never starts. Sorry for the trouble.

I tried 4 videos, but only 1 of them worked. Even for that one I had to wait awhile. I have stander broadband connection, and I have no problems on other video site.

ok, 3 out of the 10 videos I tried worked. Something else, when I click on the "view detail" tab and click on the slide up window it made some of the videos work.

That's odd...

Does the title of the movie appear in the bar next to the hallpass logo? Does this title sometimes not appear for you?

The title is not next to the logo.

Ok,

We have put out another version of the player. Clear your cache and try it out again. You will know if you have the new version and not the cached one if the words 'loading media' appear instead of 'calculating connection speed'

Hopefully this solves your problem once and for all...

Let me know how it works out.

Thanks.
