No. KV might, and Pakman might, but I doubt they'd help you. CarMan is nice and probably would. Every other person here is most likely just a teenager with very limited web designing skills.

If you want to learn how to web design, google some tutorials on how-to.

I think I could be of some assistance, BTW Carman isn't that experienced with websites.

and Pakman is just learning Python. He is also a bad choice.

I have VBulletin forum software just laying around if you want me to install that, I also have designed a lot of websites in my day. I am very experienced with PHP, XHTML, CSS, Java, Flash, C, and various other coding languages.
