This is something that I found out to do in MS paint.

If you want to know how to do this, open up paint, go to the dashed outlined star, click on the one that has no background, right click on the color you want, draw a continuous line, does not have to be straight, and when you stop holding down the mouse, hit the delete button, not back space, and look at the final result.
