Complexity seems to hint otherwise. Since you look like you haven't fully figured out where/how to view sent challenges, you should refer to your User Control Panel (http://www.hallpass.com/forum/usercp.php), or view them off your User Profile (http://www.hallpass.com/forum/member.php?u=131250).
For this case, the second like will just take you to your own profile, wes. The RSS bar that appears on the screen will display challenges that are issued, along with feed from/about how other users are faring on selected games.
IF you still can't figure that out, I suggest you ask a moderator/administrator for further help and feedback.
