Since I have a Wii, I'll talk about some of the points that made my ears prick up about Nintendo, even for the wrong reason.

*Wii Speak. It's a microphone for Wii. Wow.

*Animal Crossing City Folk. Never been a fan of Animal Crossing, but it uses Wii Speak.

* GTA: China Town Wars. On Nintendo DS... Lolwut.

*No announcment of Kid Icarus Wii.

* A new Wii Sports.

*Wii music.

* A Wii sensor enhancer used for God knows what.

As for E3 I missed Tuesday nights feature, I assume it was Nintendo's night? I did see M$ and their presentation. Seems like their online content/interface is kicking Sony in their arse.

According to interwebz, the new sensor is so the remote can track movement of your wrist and forearm. Combined with wii fit, the possibility of a virtual reality game opens up.

Also, a sort of sequel to wii sports is coming out. Entitled "wii Resort," the games are about activities you'd do at a beach resort. Such as throwing Frisbees, jet skiing, and I think shuffleboard.

Wii speak is a way of chatting between players in multiplayer. Lets take AC for example. In Animal Crossing Wild World DS, you had to type words out into a touch screen keyboard. But in the wii animal crossing, you can just speak into the wiispeak microphone and the sound will come out of the other players speakers.

Wii music is somewhat like the game "Rockband." By using the wii remote like a drumstick, a guitar pick, or like a tambourine, you can make beautiful music.

I wouldn't say that. Alot of third-parties made some pretty interesting looking games exclusively for the wii. Like the conduit and madworld. Plus nintendo still had wario land shake and mario super sluggers.
