its the exclimation mark on the bottom of youre info bar, next to the place where you give rep.

Go to the Newbie Safe Heaven, and read the thread that explicitly tells you not to post until you've done so. Do it.

To report, click the little triangle with an exclamation mark. It's under your post.

Also, reporting doesn't get someone banned. The report is sent to a mod, who decides what to do with the post. If, over time, the same member is reported for breaking serious rules, they are banned either permanently or for a certain amount of time.

This is included. Most words are censored, but getting around the filter would get you in a lot of trouble.

If they pass the word filter, u can report them.
example really badwords that r usually censored with the following symbot (*) if u spell it by letter s k i p < u can report them for that.

I will make this a rule soon enough, but I'm going to post it here since it is relevant. If you abuse the report feature (eg. saying "hi", assuming that the user who posted is the one who gets the report, or anything else) you will get a warning. If you do it again, another warning, and if you do it a third time, as they say "Three strikes and you're out!"
