I've been here for a little bit and I still don't know how challenges work(never been challenged). But as long as you are well mannered on this forum you should be fine. Welcome to HP.

To challenge someone, scroll down to the challenges at the bottom of the screen when the game is up, and click Create New Challenge. You can either challenge a certain person, or create an Open Challenge that anyone can accept.
Make sure to read the rules, and stay active in the forums.

Why haven't you been banned yet? You insult members, pick fights, spam all the time, derail topics, and are a general nuisance that no one like. Mods, you should ban this moron considering he has broken a few of the rules and keeps doing it after being told not to.
