GTA IV Mission Help

So i just got GTA IV a while ago and I'm stuck at this mission. It's not really on the mission more like starting the mission. I was trying to do a mission for Packie and it says i need a suit and another thing so i wanted to know where I can get this suit and whatever the other thing is.

go to map and locate an indcator that looks like a t-shirt thats where you'll get the suit
