i've always wanted to create a game but LOL, i dont know how :( can someoen help me? and btw what is needed to make one? thought of submitting it to hallpass...

Most games are made using Flash. You can download a free trial.

To make a game, you have to know actionscript. There are plenty tutorials on it that you can find. So...

1. Download flash
2. Learn actionscript
3. Make a game
